President | Simon France

Simon has 20 years communications, people management and strategy development experience across a range of organisations and areas from science, to sport, to business, to digital, to government.

He has worked as a teacher, TA to an electrician, a church minister, public servant and driven the local paper run. Simon now helps solve business problems through digital technology. 

Simon has the privilege of being involved in a large range of activities from national events and strategies to local business transformations and he is looking forward to his time on the Chamber Committee to bring some of that experience to support our local business community. 


Treasurer | Jessica Gray

Jessica is the Director and Licenced Conveyancer of Smart Coast Conveyancing in Tuncurry. After moving to Forster approximately 10 years ago, her goal was to provide a cost effective and friendly legal service to the local area. She is a driven and motivated business women who is always excited to provide her energy towards a new idea.

Jessica is a passionate person who loves to help others and give back to the community. She loves being a mum to her 3 boys and along with husband Jeremy, enjoys many weekends fishing, playing sport and exploring the beautiful area we live in.


Jeanene Duncan

Jeanene has an extensive career as a rural journalist in NSW, SA and Victoria and is currently a journalist at the Great Lakes Advocate. 

Before settling in Forster in 2016 Jeanene owned and operated a seven-day-week FoodWorks supermarket with her late husband in Urunga. At the same time, she worked part-time at the Guardian News, Nambucca Heads.

While managing and editing a newspaper in the Riverina, Jeanne was introduced to the benefits of a Chamber of Commerce, which led her to assuming the role of secretary with both Urunga and Jerilderie chambers.


Hector Lucenti

Hector Lucenti, founder of the Beach Geek is an Information Technology Guru that has lifted his own business from the ground up in a little under 4 years.

He lives in Tuncurry and has been in the industry since the early 90’s. He has worked in various roles around the world from Tech Support to Technology Infrastructure Manager, Project Manager and System & Process Designer. Information and Technology are two of his passions and in recent years Crypto Currency Trading has also caught his attention.

Married with 2 young kiddies, Hector is part of our community and enjoys all the perks of living in this great part of the world. Among his other passions is Search and Rescue, so it is no surprise he has been a volunteer with the State Emergency Services for over 4 years based in Taree.

Hector’s burning desire is to achieve financial freedom for himself and his family so he can pursue and nurture other passions.

His business goal is to double the size in the next 3 years and his key to success is: If you are going to do something, do it right or don’t do it at all.
