NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

Members & guests are invited to attend the association's Annual General Meeting which will be held at 5.30pm on 18th November 2026.

Please note the AGM is a free event, and open to the community to attend.

The AGM agenda will include:

• President’s Report on 2026 highlights, achievements & strategy
• Treasurer’s Report & presentation of the 2026 annual financial statements for the year ended 30th September 2026
• Election / re-election of committee members (please note all committee positions are currently filled, however expressions of interest are always welcome) & 
• Other procedural matters in line with the association's constitution.
