  NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025 Members & guests are invited to attend the association's Annual General Meeting which will be held at 5.30pm on 25th November 2026. Please note the AGM is a free event, and open to the community to attend. The AGM agenda will include: President’s Report on 2026 highlights, achievements & strategy Treasurer’s Report & presentation of the 2026 annual financial statements for the year ended 30th September 2026 Election / re-election of committee members (please note all committee positions are currently filled, however expressions of interest are always welcome) &  Other procedural matters in line with the association's constitution.   Christmas Party | Barefoot Cocktail

  Trade your work shoes for bare feet and join us at Main Beach Surf Club on Thursday 3 December for a Christmas celebration with a little seaside sparkle.

  Expect stand-up canapés, a cocktail special, a clown performance and plenty of room for barefoot dancing. We’re also hoping to bring a DJ into the mix to keep the party going.

  Most of all, this is our chance to say thank you. We’ve kicked some incredible goals together this year and were once again named Regional Best Chamber. Now it’s time to celebrate the people who made it happen.

  Dress code: Barefoot cocktail — a little glitz, a little beach, and shoes optional.
